Is it for you?
Our courses are open to anybody who would like to take a break; whether you have just finished school, are in the midst of a University degree or even if you have a career. It is certainly not necessary to have any previous riding or polo experience. However we do encourage an interest in the outdoor life and horses. Polo lessons will be given primarily in English; any understanding of Spanish would be advantageous.
We also arrange speciality school tours. The needs of each school will be carefully considered before deciding upon a programme. Shoestring Polo will never forfeit attention to detail by allowing too many individuals to stay together; places will therefore be strictly limited. We place particular importance on students learning about the culture and history of the Argentine as well as enjoying abundant polo tuition.
